Modeling a Photo 2

Operational Overview
This campaign is intended, not only as an initiative to use a historical photo, but to get people involved in the historical background of the model you are building. Most everyone, including myself, may/will use a reference source, but how often do we really get into trying to create what is really shown and what that photo really depicts?

The Rules and Regs
1. Any time period
2. Any scale
3. Diorama's are encouraged
4. Must post at least one photo of the picture/scene that you will be depicting
5. Must post at least one photo of the kit/items to be used before work is started
6.Must post at least one progress picture in the Campaign Tread
7. Must post at least one picture of the finished Model in the Campaign Gallery
8.Figures and vehicles from other campaigns/builds will be allowed as long as you add to the build in some way(for example, a Panther built for the Panther Campaign can be shown crashing through the forest at Bastone). Partially built dioramas will be accepted if the modeller is also planning on building an un-started kit for the diorama.
9.The project does not have to include the 'entire' picture. If it has a building in the background, it's not necessary to model the building, unless it interacts with the subject you are modeling. Examples: a Panther crashed into a building, at least have the wall and rubble present. If the real tank has a bent/missing fender etc.., so should the model. If it shows the crew, so should the model. ("a crew", no need to resculpt the figure head unless you desire)
10.Include a small brief description of your model/photo to give everyone some background.
11. And most importantly must have fun

Contest Element
Each person who completes the project in the given time frame will receive the ribbon award designed for this campaign. The model must be completed in order to receive the award.
