The entries in our first Diorama campaign have been judged and the winner has been selected. I would like to congratulate Toni (Envar) on his win with the entry, Dragon's Watch. His entry is on display in the gallery, as well as all the others. I would also like to thank Keith Magee for organizing, leading and contributing a prize for this campaign. I am sure all the guys will say that a prize wasn't really why they chose to build an entry, but winning one is certainly icing on the cake.
Keith writes:

I used a 5-4-3-2-1 point system, with a first place vote garnering 5 points, and a 5th place vote earning 1 point. I used the votes of Ken, Jim, and Keith to determine the first two place votes, but had to add in the votes of the user population to break a tie for third place between Faust and General Failure. Here was the final standings (including the USER vote, which didn't effect the outcome of 1st and 2nd place:

Envar - 15
Ralf - 12
Faust - 11
General Failure - 8
Eagle - 7
Volkar - 5

Interestingly enough, the three actual judges basically had the same 4 "winners" but all picked them in different order. None of us actually agreed on 1st place - we all had three different "favorites". We also all had a different "5th Place" nomination.

You can view all the entries here.

Congratulations and kudos to all the participants. It was an outstanding group of dioramas to judge. Good work! - Jim
