introduction
The release of several Panzer Kpfw.38(t) variants from Tristar has led to the release by Aber of this replacement, machined aluminium barrel. Not a review, but just a preview, full review wil be coming soon!

quick look
As you can see from the photographs, this barrel is just a straightforward replacement for the Tristar part, although you will need to cut the base from the Tristar part and re-use it, and also drill a small diameter hole in the Tristar part to accept the pin on the barrel. The end of the Aber barrel is nicely drilled, and measures the correct scale length.

SUMMARY
A quick preview of a replacement barrel from Aber for the Tristar Pz.Kpfw.38(t)'s. Although the same length as the Tristar plastic barrel, the Aber one looks much more refined and offers a definite improvement.
