The kit is supplied in two small zip lock bags which in turn come in a small 3x3x2 inch cardboard box. Although mine was perfect, I wonder if it should have had a little more packing, bubble wrap, or poly chips.
On opening the bags, you are confronted with four pieces of resin. The Lizard himself, the helmet, binoculars, and the cigar all cast in a uniform standard pale grey resin. I was pleased that despite the fairly complex scale pattern, there were no bubbles to note. The bust is very well detailed and I suspect will paint very well. He (I assume it is a "he") is carrying a pair of binoculars and is wearing a uniform/spacesuit.
There is a lot of detail, from the goggles strapped to the front of the helmet to the net covering. One rather more disturbing element of the details is a collection of ears, fingers, and other trophies dangling from a cord around his neck.
All the pieces have fairly large nubs for attaching to the bust so I doubt there will be any problems attaching the various parts. There are a couple of resin pours to be dealt with but they should offer little resistance.
In fact the only real downside is that you have to supply your own base.
