It's Trumpeter's M4A1 76(w) Sherman.

It's in the markings of the 1st Polish Armoured Division in Holland during September 1944.

I hope you like it.

Thanx for looking.

Cheers Daz

Well thanx Derek.

I think it makes a change from something non-US or German.

And I do admire the Poles after what they went through.

Nice on mate it looks good, I have to take my hat off to you guys who build in '72 scale, way too fiddly for me.
When I got back into modelling 14/15 years ago, I didn't like the Sherman at all, but over the years I've come to like the them, I even built one about 5 years back.

Hi Darren,

Nice build.

On the tail lights the RHS should both be black and the LHS Top Red, Bottom Black.

Don't know much about the M4A1 (76) but the shell ejection port looks odd. Did they have this indented feature around it? Haven't seen that before, but never say never with a Sherman.

Enjoy the show.

Cheers

Hi Al.

The indentation around the shell ejector port should not be there as it's a moulding fault on the crappy Trumpeter turret, but it's been corrected. As have the tail lights. Piccies to follow.

And I will enjoy the show, and this little beastie will be there.

Thanx for the comments.

Darren.
