I am trying my hand out in figure painting with oils. I have painted figures before, but with Vallejo acrylics. So now I would like to try working with oils. I do have some artist oils from winsor newton which are burnt senna, raw umber, yellow and titanium white. These I used also in my weathering of armor vehicles. So now my question to all of you is what colors do I need/use for my flesh tones? Also I heard that the article "The Verlinden way" was the best way to paint figures in oils, is this true? If so, how do I obtain a copy of such item?
Thank you

Check out these two articles by Craig Whittaker mate, they give an excellent start point from which you can build.
