At last there is a new spammer to terminate
The user claimed Alabama in the US but the IP-nr used when creating the account is located in Vietnam, no hits in anti-spam services for the IP-nr though.
Google found the users e-mail in anti-spam sites and also in some forum where e-mail marketing (i.e. spamming) is discussed.
Terminated.

My mistake.
The display of the user looked the same way as for a suspended user, the difference was that it was in that shape because of this:
"USER EMAIL NOT VERIFIED!
You are only seeing this profile because you are an admin."
I saw the shape of the display and thought: "Bugger, I missed out on a kill. Dang! I needed something to cheer me up ..."
Now it is properly suspended.

It has been a dry period for a while now, not a spammer since Gary Kato found one on the 17th of September but

the long wait finally paid off and I got the opportunity to whack another spammer over the head.
The case was 100% clear, peter30 posted some garbage about selling diplomas/degrees in IT.
Now he is no more ... mwhahahaha
