Don't put all your eggs in one basket....or don't put all your best and latest creations on one shelf (especially if it's in the room of a 10-yo who likes playing indoor soccer on rainy days)

3 Strykers, 2 LAVs, 1 Apache, 1 S-boot, 1 PTB and a Star Destroyer crashed. Even worse: it was into the lego box and I'm still rooting for pieces (it's a big box)

Never ever spill your bottle of Tenax R-7 over the work bench where the latest piece of art is being constructed , will no long be art !

Never squeeze the bottle of Vallejo paints if the tip is block , it will explode , paint will hit the fan ! plus anything else in it's path .

NEVER get a French manicure for that big date and decided to work on a model the day before .

When it come to modelling Confucis he say :-
(1) a piece that go ping sure to be eaten by carpet monster
(2) said piece that go ping SURE to be only one in kit
(3) said piece that go ping ALSO be noticeable by abscence
(4) paint/glue fingerprint only noticed AFTER liberal application to other parts of kit
(5) X-Acto blade only happy after nicking you at least once

For most of you out there:
Don't buy much more than you can build. Otherwise, you will end up with 100+ kits on the shelves and one arriving every month trying to cach up with the latest DML offerings.

Then, when you wonder which to tackle next... those old old old old tamiya warped box-liked tanks will remain on the shelf for a VERY long time!

This one didnt happen to me but my brother when he was about. 13 yrs. old. He had spray painted a model car. He decided he didnt like how it looked. So he decided to strip it with Carb cleaner. Leaning over a metal trash can, spraying away. Was almost dark. Dropped a part in the trash can. Being young and not so smart at the moment, lit a match and leaned in looking for part. BOOM, FIRE and SMOKE Blew him backwards threw the air about ten feet. No eyelashes. no eyebrows. singed the whole top of his head. His arms looked like candle wax. Luckily no permanent damage or scars. He never worked on models again. Yes it is a true story.

ahahahahahahahahahahahahaa

made me cry man
