This is my first post since being accepted in as a member.

I expect this question has been asked before - sorry about that, but am going to attempt to build my first ever 1/48th Messerschmitt Bf109. This would be F4 trop in desert scheme.
I want to do it in acrylics, i know its a personal thing but would like some help as i read some paints not exactly accurate.

Regarding acrylic paints, I use Vallejo ModelAir and Hannants own brand Xtracrylics mostly, both airbrush well.
Regarding accuracy I use IPMS Stockholm's colour charts to see how close the paints are, but I'm never that worried if they are off a bit, as once the aircraft is pre and post shaded then weathered the shade changes a bit anyway.
