Help!! For the past couple of days every time I go into the gallery it says "Server busy, try again shortly". Is this problem at my end or is it at the server end?

Howdy Darrell,
I think quite a few us are having problems with the same message; it's not just you.
Take care,

Hi guys. I am aware of the issue and it's a symptom of a broader problem going on with the server as a whole. We are working to get it resolved.

Thanks,
Jim

Well, uploading seems to work once more with a small problem. If you try to upload an image that is too large, you get a browser HTTP 500 error and you upload queue count is not reset. The good news is that you can upload image(s) of appropriate size with no trouble.

Actually, there is a problem with uploading multiple images. You get the "Processing image list" but it result in an HTTP 500 error. Single images are OK.

Dear all,

I have reached a brick wall with uploading photos to my gallery. Every time I try I get an error message.

Puzzlingly, the stats say:

Disk space allowed on your account: 10,240kb (10,485,760 bytes)
Disk space used on your account: 10,756,623kb (10756623 bytes)
Disk space remaining for your account: 7,329kb (7504749 bytes)

Unless my maths or eyesight are failing, these figures make no sense at all: it looks like I have exceeded my permitted disc space, yet I still have most of it left to fill...

At the same time the red / green bar balance still looks healthy and matches the last figure.

It's a shame because I want to post on this site - but I am about to give up.

Can anyone help?

Thanks, Tim

I'm having a problem uploading to a completed campaign. I'm in the folder with other finished kits, but when I upload either singly or in multiples the system says it has finished up loading and goes to the campaign folder but nothing has uploaded. Have the same problem when uploading to my gallery folder. Images are 720x540 resolution 72pp/in.

Since math is not my strong-point, I’d rather go to the “red / green bar!”🍺 ... Kidding aside, I love Armorama, but uploading to the site’s galleries in order to post one’s images seems ancient. I use ‘imgur’ to store “reduced file size copies” of the images I wish to post. All of my originals remain on my computer along with regular backups.

BTW: When posting completed builds to campaigns, your KitMaker galleries will fill up in no time — best to keep them vey small and grab that medal!🏅

These days, it seems we must spend more time troubleshooting than actual model building.

Happy modeling!🍺
