Question....umm-usa.com usually responds to emails or says to contact them for international buyers just for fun... , and then do not answer?...... I never bought anything from them is the first time but I have an order not exactly small to do, I wrote him twice to know how much the shipment would amount to but "everything is silent on the eastern front" .... ...is always like this or i am just unlucky?!?

I've ordered, from UMM with no problem. Perhaps there is a problem, with postal options?

Exactly the same experience here... two e-mails and 0 answers.

no, on the site is writhe "All International buyers (outside US and Canada) must complete our online Order Form or send us an email to obtain order confirmation with the correct shipping and handling rate."....the form is only a email order@umm..... but i see now they have other 2 email address i try with that 2 and see what happen...

I have heard of retail store that deal with him have the same problem, no responses.

Mmmmm.....pity has a lot of interesting stuff,I try with the other addresses if not 'I come back from my pusher in Oz even if it does not have everything I'm looking for

Ok I must say that it was difficult to contact but since he answered in less than 24 hours the order was filled and shipped .... very happy...
