Guys
Here's some pics of another of my truck models. It's the Italeri Daf 95 XF 530 with a right hand drive conversion, etched brass wipers and parts of the Kit Form services custom etch set.

The trailer is from the Italeri tank trailer kit converted to carry logs.

Pete

though baltic blue is a nice blue metallic, i am not sure wheather it is a correct color for a Subaru Impreza.

The best color could be a touch-up stick, which can be had for roughly $10

You can thin the contents of such a stick for spraying.

Thanks for all. Also I am not sure that is the right color for Subaru Impreza best color is TS series mica blue of Tamiya I think.
Thanks for the idea Richard but its hard to supply touchup stick for me and Its same price with the tamiya spray paint.

lol yes, touch-up sticks have roughly the same price of a tamiya spray can, and for some colors, the spray can is probably the way to go.

On the other hand, if you want that really original, non reproduced color, like say, BMW Glacier green metallic, then a touch-up stick is a good idea.

Off course, I have the luck of living quite close to a lot of offical car dealers here in Rotterdam. Within 3 km ( 2 miles ), I can find dealers for Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Citroen, Chevrolet, Daihatsu, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, MG, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, Rover, Saab, Skoda, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Come to think about it.. It's easier to get a touch-up stick here in Rotterdam than a can of Tamiya spray paint ( only knows 4 model building stores, and one of them doesn't even carry spray paint lol )

Burak
When I first started painting this kit I sprayed a coat of matt white over the orange plastic, then a coat of Baltic Blue from a spray can, which for some reason came out dead flat so I had to brush paint it to get the gloss back, that I think is where the particles come from.
