Definitely a good action pose and its a nice change from the more often seen static poses and looks like they were pretty generous with the base too. Its just me but it would have pushed the dramatic pose further if the left hand was away from the body to counterbalance the sword arm.

Hey Beach,

I think this guys is wounded on the belly, according to the painting... blood stain found on the lether straps where the left hand holds the wound.

I must say again, I'm impressed with EVD... nice quality at a good price, and their subjects generally are either quite unique or have unique poses etc. And quite an interesting range as well.

You are very right about these figures from EVD Rudi,having seen a few up close i was very impresssed by the poses and sculpting and as said some great topics as well.
