Timings for Hinckley:
Set up from 07.30 I aim to be there by then, or at least before 08.00. The rear doors for set up will close at 09.45.

Show starts at 10.00 and finishes at 16.30.

Be warned that there is a contract firm policing the car park so make sure that your fees are up to date as they're charging £30 if your out of time. The car park at H.J. Socks has been aquired for the day, where ever that is.

If you can make it for setting up or if you want to get in without paying you will need a "Club Entry" pass. I have 4 so there are 3 available. I will have to leave them at the door with "Kitmaker/Bulldogs" written on the back unless you plan to meet me somewhere?

Questions, questions. Ones which I would ask myself, if I could.

The letter says:
" I have enclosed your passes, please make sure that they are issued to your "crewe" so they can get in.... other wise we will turn you upside down and shake you to get your entrance fee (no matter how loud you scream).

I take this to mean a set up crewe of 4 (4 passes), I could try scanning them As I can't "issue" them before hand, I will have to either keep them and give them out as you arrive, or leave them at the door fo you to collect. I reckon that it may be best if I keep 'em and hand them out as you arrive, if you arrive during set up time, and that would have to be on a first come first served basis.

Usually if you turn up at the abck door with a handfull of boxes they will just let you in or they have the last few years i have been

the car park is on the left as you drive up to the back doors, just make sure you park after unloading as they are quite hot on the old tickets in Hinkley at the moment
