Here is another great book. It's on the 368th FG, lots of photos and photos of nose art. . There are a few copies left. http://store.368thfightergroup.com/1st-edition--second-to-non1.html I highly recommend this also.

Hey guys,

Be prepared to add another to the list. I've just started work on "P-47 Units of the 12th Air Force" for Osprey. It'll be my third volume for the Combat Aircraft Series and my first on my beloved Jug. I've already got a ton of unpublished photos and some great first person accounts.

Dude, THANK YOU! I can't wait for the book to come out as the P-47 is my all-time favorite aircraft and the 12th Air Force is so under represented it's not even funny! Thank you for writing this book which I'm sure will be wonderful and excellent.

It might be nice to have a list of books or references that can be referred to. If we pool our resources one could get information in a faster fashion. I do not have as extensive a collection as our leader however, I do not mind providing anything you need from my materials. Heaven knows I have gotten mass amount of knowledge from this site. I am up to 75+ books.
