Here is another color question, this time more specific. It has to do with a Razorback with the code LM-F with post D-Day markings. I inherited this kit and was going to start it until my son told me that the colors on the aircraft were incorrect as stated by the instructions. The colors called for are olive drab and dark grey camouflage with dark grey undersides. Supposedly the original colors were different, and the word is the plane was battle damaged, then repaired and repainted. I am sure someone would know about this aircraft. I need to get a book on the 56th I guess, meanwhile, any ideas?

thanks Nige, just the ticket. I will try to access threads in the future to answer my questions before I post the same topics that I am sure have been posted before. there is certainly nothing I can bring to the table on the 56th that you don't already know about already! I am enjoying the site, a class act.
