Hello first of all please forgive me if this questioned has been asked (and answered) I had a quick scan through but didn't see it.
Would T-54/55 Clones be allowed? i.e. Chinese Type 59's?

Hi Andrew and welcome in here.
You're the first one to ask, and the answer is yes.
I can't see why they shouldn't be allowed, after all
they're just copies.

Being in Tasmania I was all ready to start my Type 59 today but come down with stomach virus overnight so the bench hasn't been the ideal location. May try to get a start tonight or at least some box shots up tonight.

Where you be December may be a time to start builds but here downunder it really starting to crank up to beach and barbie weather.
Got a start done tonight. For the amount of time I spent on it (about 3 hours), I got the roadwheels and idler wheels cleaned up and glued. All the road wheels had mould seams that needed big time sanding back. That along with just cleaning up the wheels in general is where all that time went.
Pics to follow tomorrow.

Here’s my project. Planning to build a T-62m Mod72 with BTU-55 stationed in East Germany during the late 80’s. A few of the extra goodies I will use is the BTU-55 from CMK and some replacement parts from Voyager, smoke grenade, antenna, and PKM-T. Some basic work I’ve started.
Here's one deployed to astan even though it's a Mod 67 with standard gunner's sight and thermal gun sleeve

Curses Christopher!!!!!
Just joking...the more the merrier. I'll probably do mine in overall green...maybe in parade colors. And I'll do mine strictly OOB. I'm interested to see how the AM goodies add to the kit.

Hi Everyone,
Now let's see if this works (I have yet to master the skill of posting pictures).
So OK, here's my contribution. I will be trying to turn all this:
into one of these:
An Iraqi Type 69-II. I fear it's going to be a long haul...

Nice build there Alex, did u still mine
Just a heads up, the decals in the kit are for afghan army tanks and not Russian. I've used these parts plenty of time with several deferent builds.
