Hello guys,
The D-Day armor campaign is almost in its last month, and if you ask me it was a great campaign!

So, who would like to join a second edition? Same rules, from 7.6.2013 - 6.6.2014
Let me know what you think.
Thanks!
Dave

I never got off on the right foot on the present one and this being the 70th anniversary sounds right for me this time around.
So count me in.

Think I'm going to go with that Resin dio (that Kerin piece) I had intended on entering the last time. As we all know by now that Italeri Marine Sherman won't work.

I printed a mine warning sign for it and never got around to it. Now I think I want to transfer it over in black paint.
I have some 'other' 1/16 items I may add to the dio... maybe even in 1/18, just to try to make it busier but not too cluttered.
Who knows... I might even change my mind by then.

The campaign has been submitted, now all we need is a new ribbon and updated banner. Ill do the latter, any suggestions for the former?
Thanks!

Hey Sal, I think both arrived a bit late...
The 101st was arrived in Normandy around the 11th, I think the 102nd even later.

As soon as I saw "D-Day Armor2-70th Ann" I enlisted - and un-enlisted from the first one.
I was never able to get started, other than some research, digging out a Panther A from the stash, and adding some bits/figs to an order I was placing for another project.
Initially planning on a small dio, depicting the 12th SS PD nr Lisieux.
Cheers
