This the 1/10 scale "Templar Knight" bust from Young Miniatures which happens to bear a strong resemblance to a certain Scottish actor. Clean up was very simple although some care was needed. I was able to assemble the three pieces of the turban first and then, with a little effort, insert the 'face' into it after both were painted separately. The figure was painted with acrylics mostly, with various shades of Modelmaster enamels used for the steel. The shield has some very nice detail on the inside. Unfortunately not much will be seen once it is attached.











Odo de St Amand was a Templar knight at the battle of Montgisard, fought in defense of Jerusalem, in which the more numerous forces of Saladin were soundly defeated in 1177. Thanks for looking. Al
