Not very informative but I'm looking for some of this (within the red circle) to create a door.

Any help as always gratefully accepted.

You might try a double or triple thickness of etched mesh, make sure it's not a woven mesh though. I believe the term is latticework.

If your faucets are the same as the US, there should be a small screen, in the nozzle. Simply unscrew it and remove the screen. It should be big enough to create a door as shown in your photo. If you need a larger piece, don't bother taking your faucet apart.

Paul,
Take a walk through a fabric or craft store. I've seen similar plastic products used for some kind of needle craft.

Looks a lot like the PE mesh over the rear deck of a SKIF T-55.
I'm assuming 1/35?
Is this pattern woven or are all the right leaning lines in front of the left leaning lines?
Or is this a flat grid on the same plain?

You can't really tell from the shot, but I'm presuming the pattern is right leaning lines in front of left leaning lines. I know in the UK we call it "lattice"

I suppose at 1/35 scale you can't tell the difference.

Couldn't you just make your own from styrene strip? With one pack you could make it any size you want.
