This is one show that I really do fancy but with very little time left before Telford I really can't afford the time

That's a shame Mal as this is a nice friendly show, I book it for us every year now so there's always next year. I'll be at hotel Andy for the weekend as we then do Euromilitaire on the Sunday.

Due to imminent Holiday and a couple of health issues, i can't make farnborough this year. Sorry Chaps. I really like the show.

If things change i may show my face, but won't be able to bring any stuff for the table...

Well Andy and myself had a good if quiet day at Farnborough we must have been naughty last year as we put in the new expansion to the show round the back of the stage in a dead end.
We were also toutured as we had a loo behind us but the door was locked

Anyway here's our stand.

Hi Guys, sorry you drew the short straw of being put in that back corridor. We don't like using this area usually as it is a bit out of the way but we had no choice this year as we were over-subscribed. Have no fear you will NOT be put there again!

Even still, I hope you had a good day. We had about 30 fewer visitors during the day than last year but I think we had more in the morning and fewer in the afternoon. We've grown about as big as the venue can support, but sadly we're limited on what is available in the area.

Thanks for coming!

Nice one Lucky and Andy, well done.

Being placed out of the way is never good, it makes you feel as if it wasn't worth the trip, especially if you have traveled a great distance! Remember Yeovilton? And we stay overnight for that one!

That's understood Andrew, but were the Bulldogs the last to ask for space?

I have no idea to be honest, I wasn't involved in the bookings, I just helped carry the tables around, but when the people responsible for the placements started it was quickly obvious we were over-subscribed and it was nothing but "luck" of the drawer who ended up in that area.

Next year we'll make sure the show isn't overbooked so we can avoid this happening again. We also had problems in the car park finding spaces for visitors. One of the problems we always have is the football matches that the school organises on Saturday mornings and with parents and their cars. Its a good venue, but we getting to the point where we are too successful for our own good
