Anyone Make 1:35 scale plans

Looking for someone (if possible) who can make 1:35 scale plans for the unmanned DO-KING mine roller found in Afghanistan.

Are any of these "in captivity" at a museum? To draw up plans somebody would need the opportunity to measure a real one...

Actually, only two or three good dimensions are required w/ good photos in most CAD programs.
There is also several photo to model software / sites (123D Catch, Make 3D, etc...) but you need to scale the 3D model.
BTW - I could 3D model this, PM me if your serious.

Considering the brochures have plan/profile and frontal views/diagrams, why don't you just scale these drawings ?, worked for me.
