I can't enlist and I don't see it in the list of campaigns.
Update:
I see the problem. End date should be in 2017.
Got it !

Enlisted. I hope I remember this campaign by the time the start date is reached!
This will be my first AFV Club kit. I'm used to older Tamiya kits (pre-1990). I will probably pick the Wiesel MK20 as it looks simpler than the Wiesel TOW which has an interior.

The SturmTiger and Tiger I are perfect, also the Strykers and half tracks are very good.

Their British subjects (Centurion, Churchill, Valentine) are quite fantastic as well.

I'd like to join this campaign. I have the AFV Club - 1/35 Model - US Army M36 Jackson Tank Destroyer in the stash. Apparently they saw action as recently as the 1990s in the wars of the dissolution of the former Yugoslavia. I plan to build it as one of those. This will be the only campaign I sign up for this year - keeping it simple in order to finish it. I'll sign up now.
Cheers
Matthew

Why a September start date? It's only April as of now.

A lot of the possible participants requested a summer/fall start date. See earlier messages in the thread.

Does anyone have any experience with the Royal Models update set for the AFV Club M-18? I haven't seen one built using that set and wonder if it worth the investment or if there is something better for that kit.
I'm considering joining this campaign and have narrowed my selections down to the M-18 and the M3A3 Stuart. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Just signed up. Have a number of AFV kits, but leaning towards M88 ARV with interior or maybe the M41A3 or Taiwan version of M48.

I am in. Let's see if I have more luck finishing a campaign model this time.
Now to decide if I should go with the Valentine II or the transparent T-34(?).
Don't you feel more like you do now than you did when you came in?

So would their subsidiary brands [Hobby Fan/ Ding-Hao] be allowed in this campaign as well?

I can see Ding Hao since their kits are based on AFV Club kits. Hobby Fan seem more like separate subjects with not much in common with AFV Club kits.

Nice picks Shell. Start date's still a couple of week's away so I'd hold off the work for the meantime. Cheers, Tat

I joined and thanks
Had my eye on the AFV Stryker MGS anyway so this is my opportunity to make it happen.
Any advice on AM parts for this model?

Yeah, I saw that. Gives me time to work on the alien-crewed Hummel.

AFV Club has a great line of Big Guns out there, I've been wanting to try them so I'll see what I can pick up next week...

After much deliberation, I will be doing one of the M3A3 Stuarts. I just ordered a Voyager PE set to give some options for dressing the kit up. I don't know for sure what marking I'll be doing yet, but I am really looking forward to starting this campaign!
