Yes! I have never built a piece of artillery, this will be a good reason to fix that!

I was thinking about this exact campaign idea today after seeing the G6 Rhino images. Will partially started builds be allowed?

As luck would have it, I just got Trumpy's Soviet D-30 howitzer yesterday. I don't know if I can hold off building it until February...but even if I can't, I'll find something else indirect. Either way, count me in!

@ Cristian, no partial builds or from other Campaigns.
The dates were picked because we have 4 Campaigns starting Januaty, another 4 in December.
Along with what is in progress already, extensions, etc..
