Yea, I figured that my be the case. I think that's the case in most places. There was a great shop for figures in Toronto that closed down a few years back. It seems like even a lot of the specialized online shops like Red Lancers and Colorado Miniatures are gone with more just hanging in there.

you're really going to struggle in Scotland to find that sort of thing you're looking for. most of the time I buy from eBay as alot of the model shops have closed down now.

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum to ask in. If not, moderators, no hard feelings if you need to remove this post.

In the fall I'm going to be visiting Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin and Galway. I'm hoping you guys might have some recommendations for shops with a good stock of figure kits, especially Napoleonics, renaissance, medieval and Victorian. We plan to drive Belfast>dublin>Galway, so anything along that route could be a possibility. And we may rent a car in Glasgow and go up toward Oban, Dalmally and maybe over to Glen Fruin to see were my peoples got ourselves outlawed , so recommendations in those areas are helpful too.
