I have not used this version or the new version of posting photos. I upload to imgur, then for each pic, select it, copy the bbc code, and drop it in here and the pic shows up. Don't know whether that will help you or not, but I find it pretty easy. (The imgur account I have is free).

Thanks Phil, Iíll give Imgur a go. For reference uploading to the new site is very simple. Tried it on both laptop and phone.

So I think Iíll double post for a while on both this and the new forum. I will try and add photos to this thread when the site allows, but will be some on the corresponding post.

The M3 Stuart Honey is a nice little kit and my first foray into aftermarket PE as well. Bit of a learning curve and learning by trial and error some of the pieces are exceptionally small and Iíve had to cobble a improvised Blutack and cocktail stick tool to handle some of it. Itís slow going as Iíve already spent considerable time searching for bits in the carpet - how do such small bits travel so far?!?

So far the kit fit has been good, although a dry fit suggests the interior doesnít sit entirely flush, so the overhanging edges of the firewall have a gap above the inside of the fenders. I may have to do a bit of sanding and filling when it comes to put together.

Iíve left it as subassemblies to aid painting. Iíll also paint smaller items such as the browning before gluing in place as no conceivable way to get to it well otherwise.

Will have some more sanding to do before getting to painting and May have to get some CA debonder as been a little heavy handed on occasions.

I created a Lend Lease campaign thread in the new forums. Hopefully an editor will come along and make that a sticky. Folks should feel free to post there or here for now.

After spending a couple of fruitless hours trying to upload some progress photos, Iíll try on the new site.

Awesome build Torsten. Thatís a beautifully subtle paint job as well.

Very nice build, Torsten!

I really need to knuckle down and get back to the workbench sometime soon. As far as my build updates, I most likely wonít post anything until the campaign has been transferred to the brandy-new KitMaker.

That's a great contribution! It was fun to watch it come together and it's a great result.

Okay, I call this build done. Most likely my last campaign in the old Kitmaker forums. Let's hope, we can build campaigns also in the new forum. Anyway, here comes Bella Irina ....

Bell P-39 Q Airacobra "White 103", Soviet Air Force, 213. Guards IAP, Germany, Spring 1945
Kit: Eduard 1/48

The fitting of the propeller is not really glamorous but that's mainly my fault. The formation light panel on the underside of the wing is just a decal, but it's better than nothing. More and better photos soon in my new Assembly Line Thread over in the new forum.

Thanks for running this campaign! It was a nice surprise for me as I planned a VVS Cobra anyway when I noticed this campaign.

Happy modelling and take care!

Спасибо большое Питер

Thanks a lot, Peter! Today I sprayed Marabu Dull Coat all over, will now add the last parts and demask the canopy. My next photos here will be the finished Airacobra.

Can someone please slowly open the hangar doors for Bella Irina?

My VVS-Cobra is nearly done. All decals are on and sealed. In the next days I'll add the missing parts and spray dull coat all over. Everything should be done by next weekend ....

Meanwhile Bella Irina has turned into "White 103" .... Here without flash ....

.... and with flash ....

.... the door with the Alexander Newski Order ....

Have a nice Sunday!

Thanks for the info, Peter. Honestly a bit disappointing. In that case I already have the kit in my stash.

Wouldn't want you to be more disappointed to spend the $'s and then find out it is the same kit....

Looking great Marek. The little extra details are very nice indeed.

Nice choice of kit, Digger. I have not tried one of airfixís new 1/35 tanks. I am looking forward to hear more of the quality and build ability.

They are just re-issue Academy kits for the most part Jesper. eg this one:

I'm looking forward to see these Stuarts made. I'm also a psycho-fan of M3A1 White

I have made some progress on my Soviet Matilda so I want to show you gentlemen where am I now.
First, a little reminder. I want to build something like this.

I started with caterpillars (Bronco). I made exactly 71 links for each track.

And here is the effect. Probably 71 is the amount for old Tamiya.

I am particularly pleased with the modification of the gun's mantlet.

Wider mud chutes can be seen here.

BESA barrel is from RB and the main gun is from the E.T.'s PE set.

Anyway, the model is finished and now it's time to paint.

First thinking to make U.S. version but it's good candidate to this group build. Going to make another one with U.S. markings, like the camo painting what it has.

The Tamiya scout car is a great kit. I built it earlier this year and want to do it again.

Just joined to campaign. Going to make Tamiya M3A1 Scout Car.

This is my first time to join in campaign, guess it's habit to show pic with unstarted kit and proof of timestamp in same photo.

Very nice, Thorsten!
Белла вправде красотка

Welcome D1GG3R321!
The Honey is a nice choice(even when it's upside down)

Thank you. No idea what's going on with the photo. I've tried rotating it multiple times and deleting and uploading again, but just wants to be on its head for some reason, so given up. Never had this issue before - always managed to edit them and rotate in my gallery.

Ok now it's corrected itself after logging back in!!!! Maybe a delay in the Kit maker site - seems very slow today with lots of server down messages?

Some great builds on here. This is my late entry. Got some aftermarket PE to spice it up.
