Interesting video from the RAF Museum of the recently restored Sopwith Dolphin and its reconstruction at RAFMuseum Hendon. The Dolphin was restored at RAF Museum Cosford.

Some really interesting details and look at that wing jig!

I had no idea a Dolphin was still in existence. I really must get down to Hendon one day and have a good look around.

Yes, thanks much for posting! I agree, great details! I wonder if a wing jig like that was used during WWI to attach wings in the fieldó it would be a great subject for a diorama!

That heavily varnished timber wing jig certainly looked authentic..
