Reminds me of a 1958 flood event that led to dumping some 40 coal hoppers into the Susquehanna River to try to stop a disaster: Susquehanna, River of Dreams

Wow, creepy stuff that, and yet another reason why I could have never been a coal miner!! Don't think I would have liked being in a tunnel thinking that something like that could happen any minute!! Thank you for sharing that Fred.
