Here is my first ever participation for a campaign. I just love those campaigns activity !! Who get the idea ??
Ok my project : the PBV401 APC. It is the swedish variant of the russian MTLB. Some scratchbuilt is in the way...I have that SKIF kit on the shelf for a long time now, and i think it's the right time to go at it !!

Looks like a nice project. I would also like to do a PBV 401 but I'm no scratch builder...

You don't have to scratch all that much really.
The roof hatches need to be rotated 1/4 outwards, new front light clusters and the box on the roof.

But you have to start from the Skif right?? I must have remembered wrongly, but I thuoght it was based on the M113 chassis...

No, the pbv 401 is a MT-LB so the Skif kit is fine.
A little crude in details but other than that it's ok.

I've descided on what to build now.
I'm getting the Panzer Shop MT-LBu for a very good prize on friday and I'm going to build it as a Stripbv 4021 (Command vehicle)
