Okay, now that the campaign's started, I'd like to know what cartoons you guys are doing. If you'd like to keep it a secret or you don't have one, just tell me. I would appreciate pictures of what you guys are doing. Thanks for your time and here's to a great campaign!

I have the materials, so provided I find the time, I'm hoping for two-

"Nonsense-S2 reported that Machine Gun nest silenced hours ago. Quit wiggling your fingers at me!"

"Run it up th' mountain one more time,Joe. It aint hot enough yet."

I have three favorites.
Right now, my #1 is the following. I have a cow in the mail & a chicken not far behind ....

If I could find a good "Olive Oyl" in 1/35th, I'd love to do this one.

And my fall-back, if the above two don't work is:

Regardless, I won't really start for a couple weeks due to other events ...

Hi as I said before:
"For the ‘feud’ between Bill Mauldin and Patton, this one seemed appropriate: :-)
From http://ww2.pstripes.osd.mil/02/nov02/mauldin/

Caption reads:
"Radio th' ol' man we'll be late on account of a thousand-mile detour.""
To endeavour to get the ‘Cartoon look / feel’ correct, I will first attempt one of the two below.

Caption reads:
"Just give me the aspirin. I already got a Purple Heart."

Caption reads:
"Nein, nein — go ahead! I vould not think of interfering"

I had better speak up while there is still a Jeep cartoon left for me to do, since I have already purchased a Jeep model for this. I was going to do the one with the Jeep being used to heat up water for the shaving soldier. Since somebody else is going to do that one, I will do the one with the Jeep in the mud, and the driver saying "I will never splash mud on a dogface again" while counting to a thousand. Right now, I don't have picture capability for another week or so. This should be a good challenge for me, since I have almost no experience doing figures, and this comic has about eight or nine guys in it. I will also have to do some extra weathering on the Jeep. Should be fun! (Any suggestions as to a good source of figures will be appreciated) (I am probably going to get a couple extra sets of Tamiya figures, and some resin heads)
