I have awarded the ribbons for the "Tank Terror" Campaign. I went through the list and I think I saw photographs in one place or another to verify everyone's build. If you finished a model and I didn't award you a ribbon, let me know through this post or send me a private messege and where I can see your pictures. I'll then go back and award you your much deserved ribbon.

Also, I have not awarded a any medals yet for best in show. Two reasons for that are I have not been able to figure out how to get the medal over to the awards page so I can. The second is I haven't judged anything yet. I'll be doing this within the next week. I am not going to do the judging since I built one for the campaign and I'm not going to have my model judged. I'm going to have some guys I work with do it. Some build models, most don't. But I trust their judgement. If anyone doesn't feel this would be fair, let me know and I'll do something else. We are here to please.

I hope everyone had a good time with this campaign. I have enjoyed it a lot. It has been a little aggravating at times trying to get everything running as it should. But, I take all the blame for this because I had not handled a campaign before and it was all very new to me. But I got a ton of help from the folks who run this site. This is one more intelligent and great bunch of people here. Thanks to all of you!

If I said or didn't say things as they should have been said, or not said, please accept my appologies. But I do appreciate each and every one of you who put together something for the campaign.

Like I said before, if I owe you a ribbon let me know. Hang on and bear with me on the medal. I am working on it.

Thanks again. Take care and stay safe.

Thanks. I appreciate it. I'd like to run another one, but I'm not sure as to what it could be. Any suggestions??

There hasn't been a lot of Pacific Theater of Operations activities going on here. We are around the anniversaries of Iwo Jima and Okinawa. Perhaps a Marine Corp campaign? Island Hopping?

Pretty good suggestion. I guess that could open up a ton of possibilites. You could have a very wide subject matter or narrow. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks.

Thanks for running the campaign Tony. all your hard work made all our hard work well worth it and fun. It also lit a fire under my butt to get building my first everything, dio, model and campaign all in one! I busted my cherry, I have a ribbon.... I'm SOMEBODY NOW! lol (sorry I stole that from Steve Martin in The Jerk)

A Pacific Campaign would be nice, maybe use the surrender of Japan date as a completion date (Aug 14) if that gives everyone enough time.

This was also a learning experience for me. Now I know that I know how to do a whitewash.

About the pix being here and their. Well I don't have any space in my gallery anymore.

Greetings, Tony, and to one and all at the Big " A "...
I've got to agree with the others, sir, great campaign, great entries, and also a job well done by everyone!....and also, I think that an Iwo Jima
Campaign would be a fitting and grand topic for the next one...Truly a wonderful battle story, with a large number of unsung heroes that we could honor with a campaign as such...How about it Sarge?

Hi Mondo,
simply join the A guard and you'll get a much larger space to store your pics and you'll help this excellent team at BIG A to follow on their excellent job

I'd just like to add my thanks to Tony for running an excellent campaign and for giving me my first opportunity to finally add a ribbon. If I have the time and resources, I'd be happy to take part in another campaign of yours.

Belatedly, thank you Tony.
My first campaign, my favourite subject (probably...) and a good excuse to get rid of that loathsome M6! Hurrah!
