dear god, what amazed me more is not the model, but how tidy your model desk is! :-) :-) :-) Mine looks like western europe in 1916! :-)

Warvos, I can assure you the u-boat is right where it should be now.....not gonna move it anywere :-)

The desk may be too small, but I bought myself two shelves with both a length of 2 meters....that should be enough I think.

I don't know how to put this, but looking at the first pic it struck my eye immediatly.....I don't want you to get upside or angry, but it ain't looking too good from what I can see. ( Remember, I know what I'm talking about, I already built this beast)
I'm not sure you'll be able to fix this anymore, due to the fact that you already spent a lot of cash on this baby.
Ok, I'm not going to beat around the bush anymore, so I'll just put it as is. It's up to you to take this as a man, and act accordingly.
Take a look at the first pic, at about 10 cm from the middle of the hull, and about 7 centimeters from bow and stern. ... you see what I mean?
Your desk is just way to small to house this baby .

Martin, it's ok, don't worry... I've already called Steve, he's on his way to pick up your kit. Hold on tight and whatever you do, don't glue anything more to it!!!

Ooh, one more thing, you're supposed to build this kit in a few weeks, not a few days. At the speed you're going she'll be finished before i've finished typing this post...
