It is done, and I am nearly bald from pulling my hair out.

This is the Master Craft 1/72 kit was and molded with the two half’s of the press slightly offset (the press operator must have been deep in the vodka that day) resulting in major fit problems everywhere.

I mean the worst I have ever seen! Putty supplied from the local party collective by the pound.



I should have thrown it out but I never let a capitalist kit beat me.







Scratched the cockpit, cannons, front wheel mount and wheel well, afterburner vanes.
Cut stencils for Red Star and Plane Numbers.

On to the next one for the land portion, maybe a SS-12 for something easy.

It was a difficult task but w/ the party's support I finished.

Picked up a cheap 1/40scale FROG at a capitalist model shown this weekend, might build that instead of the SS-12.
