Hi Gang,

Here are some first shots of my entry for this campaign. It's the DML Hetzer with Aber PE.
Nothing much to see sofar, but I have to start somewhere!!

Enjoy, John.

Looking good,

John, is this the early or command version? I am thinking of getting one, how is the fit, etc?

Hi Danny,

Thanks for your comments. This is DML Hetzer early version (nbr.6030), I occured no fitting problems sofar, but you have to be carefull to align the wheels properly...
And I heard from fellow modellers that the fit of the indy-tracks is not as good as we are used from Dragon.

HTH, John.

Thanks for the encouragement guys,

I'm planning the first airbrush session this weekend, and I hope it's going all like I've planned!! You see, I'm not very experienced yet with airbrushes.....
But I'll do my best.

More pics will follow shortly.....I think. :-)

I'm sure you can do it! What scheme do you have in mind? Ardennes hard-edge ambush scheme? A Hetzer during the Warshaw uprising? Maybe a white-washed one?

Since this is a early Hetzer, paint schemes arent alot. The most common one is the overall dark yellow.

The later war versions paint schemes are different, they spot the 3 tone camouflage.

I'm looking forward to this build!
