I have finished my UM 1/72nd scale BA-10 !

In fact, it was finished 2 weeks ago for an expo in Paris.

The kit is great. Hardly any filler was needed... details are excellent... the tyres are a beauty...
Some parts are a bit thick and the decals are simply unusable.

First pic is just to show the size of the kit :

the same one but finished :

I was very happy to take part to this campaign !
And anyway, I hardly build anything but of soviet origin... :-)

Wow that is small. How long did it take you to finish that behemoth?

The build was done within a week, I think... it's a very simple model.

I have written a small article, while building the model.
But, is the model good enough to be in a feature ?

Great BA-10.. I love it. Where can i get one like it. I actually have a BA-20..in 1/35 scale. But it turned out to be a terriable kit. All the main body parts of the car were very warped. Tried to get replacements..but..its and out of production kit..sooo..no luck on that..
Anyway..the weathering looks great. Can't wait to see what you give us next.

I got mine in a shop in paris, France...

But I know 2 online sources where you should be able to find UM kits for cheap :

- a shop from Ukraine, very serious : hobbyterra

- a shop in Poland, serious also :
