Hey Michael,

The model turned out very nice!
I think you gave it a great paintjob, specialy because of the border between the black and grey is not that easy, going over the top off the hull. How did you manage to do that?

I painted the gray first. Then I masked the edge with 6mm Tamiya tape. It bends easily and conforms to curves. Where I had to make a tight bend, I gave it a little snip with my decal scissors. I then covered the open field with more regular masking tape. After I burnished down the edge, I gave it a very light shot of the gray to prevent bleed. Because the demarcation is along a pannel line, I didn't have to worry about a paint ridge. I'll post some overhead shots to the gallery later today.
