With the rapid approach of the end of the Op, I thought it time to post a progress report...

It's supposed to be Sherman Mk. VC ‘Borden’ - ‘B’ Sqn, The Governor General’s Horse Guards, 5 Canadian Armoured Division, from the QMDepot decal set.

Thanks for the comments guys. The QM decals are very good and the information that they provide is very useful also, but I thought that they were a bit on the expensive side, compared to Decalomaniacs. But on the other hnd the quality is better, so...

Do you mean for this one Alan? Well, I just don't know what else to do with this Firefly... apart from add the commander. The only info I have on this tank is what came with the decals, which I wish I'd had before I built it!!! Would've saved me the headache of trying to justify the missing grousers, lol!!

Well progress erm preogresses slowly on the Firefly.
Now have a sort of dioramic base for it which I'm going to populate with little Dragon Canadians.
I decided to take a sidestep from reality and give the model a plcement which is probably historically and geographically unlikely... so it's set somewhere in NW Europe, spring 1945. Hmmm.

Superb in every detail! I like it a lot! Keep up the good work! Oh, and keep us posted!
P.S. Is the tank in the last picture already finished? I can't seen to understand very well!
Cheers and happy modelling!

Thanks mate, but it's not quite finished , as I have stuck a load of stuff on the rear deck which is covered by tarp (or blue toilet paper if you want to be accurate) which needs to be painted.
