-SSpanzer,

Go post it in their community forum and see what kind of responses you get. I would certainly be interested to know how it goes.

Hi Everyone

Great progress

I will even join in as Andy knows I have no Shermans Olive Drab or what ever coz I love my WW2 German. But I am very willing to broaden my horizons to participate eg GMC truck, Willys jeep or even a M113 or I have always liked the Chev plus 25 pounder.

I dont mind as long as we all participate

Regards

Ok Guys, The Group build can't go ahead til next year because there is a back log of group builds/campaigns.
As Sean said it is always good to widen your modelling subjects

Thanks for the update Andy.

Thats a shame I thought the idea had real merit.

Do you know what we need to do to get this going?

Regards

Sean

I don't know what we need to do to get some movement on getting this made official.

For it to have significance we really need it to be tied in with Anzac day in April, which would mean a start date soon.

At this stage, there are a good number of campaigns for the first half of the year so i doubt it can be submitted and approved and finished by ANZAC day.

We can try to schedule this for the second half of the year as there is still some space for campaigns i believe.

My only reservation on this campaign is the scope as it appears to be very narrow in scope. This would impact participation especially our foreign counterparts.

If you are guys are still keen, why not just submit a campaign proposal and see how far you get?

Sorry Sean I have been away for the last couple of weeks.
Its up to you guys what you do with th campaign as I won't be in New Zealand.
The way I would do though would be to have it NEw Zealand based. Meaning that the Models had to be New Zealand but could be from any era.
