First off, I hope that other Big A threadmakers will
respond to your inquiry. So you'll get a much more
varied group of opinions. I will tell you that of the
box art sets you've posted, I wouldn't recommend any
of those. The resurgence of 1:72nd Armor in the
past couple of years has brought about some newer
and better quality — by a quantum leap better — sets
of 1:72nd scale military figures (figs in future). Two
weeks ago, while at the OmaCon'06 model contest,
I purchased the Preiser WWII Russian tank infantry
set Art.Nr. (number) 72525. It is just fantastic. I can
not believe the detail in the figs, the faces, etc. And I
know that Preiser offers several Wehrmacht fig sets.
Also check out the 1:72nd figs and individual heads
offered by MIG. Those heads were reviewed on this
site just a while back. You can see pix of the fig sets
