The figure is from United Empire Miniatures and the scale is 120mm,from the info provided it seems he is Sir Colin Campbell,and the uniform and kilt is that of the 93rd Highlanders,the kilt is the same as the Black Watch,the paints used were enamels and oils with chalk pastel for weathering,looking forward to your comments

Hi Arthur.

Is this one finished? The face & uniform are up to the standard that we expect from you, but some of the parts lack definition - the cuffs, crossbelt & sash mainly. Should the sword hilt be black, or is that still to be finished.

Hi Dave,the broadsword hilt was done as tarnished metal,dull but with a metallic sheen,as for the rest ,belts and sash,the detail is not there in the pics,but on the fig in front of me,it looks just fine

I know from experience that the camera doesn't actually see evrything - been there, done it, got the t-shirt etc. LOL :-)
