Hello everybody

Are 1/32 scale figures and 1/35 scale compatible? For example does a 1/35 head fit and look acceptable on a 1/32 figure? Or will some modification be needed?

The same goes for a 1/32 figure standing next to a 1/35 tank (for example), will the difference in scale be noticeable or could you get away with it?

Any advice would be much appreciated?

Jamie

It'll be noticeable. I don't recommend doing it. I've tried mixing these scales before and it just looks off. I know people come in different sizes, and as long as the equipment is the same it'll be alright. But mixing 1/32 and 1/35 heads and bodies will be difficult to pull off. Having said that, I have seen instances where a 1/35 head was put on a 1/32 body and hair added to make up for the difference in mass. It can work under certain circumstances.

Hi John Long,

I'll take this advise into account, I don't have the skills to add hair so I will just keep the body parts the same scale. That will keep everything simple.

I posted the same topic on armorama and have been told the same.

Cheers

Jamie
