About SmashedGlass
Began modeling as a young child with the gift of an F-86D Sabre Dog which I promptly blew to bits with a bottle rocket. After a long break, and with my entry into the military, my interest in military aircraft, armor, and the building of models of them was rekindled. My genre started out stereotypically as Luftwaffe and Wehrmacht vehicles; but with the wonders (or horrors, your pick) of the internet and an outstanding (sadly, now closed) hobby shop in Colorado my interests have evolved out of control, from WWI string-bags to 'golden years' to 50's jets to modern machines. My unbuilt collection is threatening to overwhelm my living space....Way too many to build, way too much reference material, and nowhere near enough time to build it all.
